Facility: COMMUNITY/PUBLIC HEALTH EAST
Job Description: Accountable for the provision of direct clinical mental health and addictions services to children, youth, adults and their families.  This position will perform generalized social work services as assigned. These services will include individual, group and family counseling, case management, and public education.  The position is part of a multi-disciplinary team comprised of psychiatric nurses, social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists and functions within the practice principles of the mental health and addiction services program management.
Required Qualifications

Masters Degree in Social Work
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
Experience
-Minimum of one year experience in the area of mental health and addiction             services
-Experience with children, youth and families is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Understanding of clinical theory, best practice, and experience in working with adult and/or child and youth mental health populations
Knowledge of community outpatient and inpatient service delivery systems

224 hours per 6 week rotation. Shifts (days, evenings, nights) including actual hours, date of commencement and temporary end dates are for informational purpose only and may be subject to change.
Expected Start Date: March 25, 2019
Expected Up To Date: December 30, 2019
