The Manager, Simulation Centres is accountable to the Associate Vice President, Learning and Teaching, for the leadership and management of quality simulation education and training. By means of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with relevant Deans, Associate Deans, Directors, Program Heads, Faculty and other stakeholders, the Manager, Simulation Centres will design, implement and continually improve simulation learning to ensure the delivery of quality services that are responsive to the needs of programs. In addition to the financial management and allocation of operational resources across multiple campus locations, the Manager is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and control of operational and capital plans and budgets.
This position requires completion of a degree in nursing or health sciences field. An equivalent combination of education, experience and training may be considered. Demonstrated leadership experience and skills in relationship and financial management are required.
This position can be located in Saskatoon or Regina.
