INTRODUCTION
Functional Rehabilitation is a multi-disciplinary physical rehabilitation clinic in Yorkton, SK. Our clinic culture is client focused, and professionally collaborative within a flexible work environment.
THE POSITION
We are accepting applications for a permanent full-time receptionist.
Duties include:
Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Process payments
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email about Functional Rehabilitation and its services
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as word processing, data entry, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Scheduling client appointments
Preparation of client files
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will have:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance and interpersonal skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
COMPENSATION:
FUNCTIONAL Rehabilitation offers a competitive total compensation package including an attractive employee benefits package. The hourly wage will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
