We are searching for an Intermediate Business Analyst with customer focus and value knowing that the work they do has a direct impact on the lives of patients and their families. The type of work will vary every day, but will revolve primarily around documenting business processes and requirements and specifications, and providing support and training for technology solutions.  

A key to success in this role is building strong relationships, having a strong customer focus, a knack for solving complex IT problems, and making connections (knowing who else to involve and when). To make that happen, you will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, complex technology driven environment. Within our environment, the situations you will encounter arent black and white, so you must be proficient in solving complex problems, delivering solutions, and enjoy working within the gray.  Expertise is required for best practices for application use, a rigor for change management protocols, quality control and future integrations in clinical settings such as Medical Imaging and EHR Viewer.

Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a diploma/degree in Health Information Management (CHIMA\CCHIM) or equivalent, and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional Designation. Three or more years experience in a similar role and a strong technical back group is required.  The ability to coordinate a small to medium projects is required. Healthcare Clinical experience (or Health Sector related business knowledge) an\or ITIL Certification is considered an asset.
