Position Purpose: Lead a crew of up to 10 people to deliver project objectives from project initiation to completion requiring:

- Leadership
- Professionalism
Key Duties:
- Supervision of workers in both a municipal and civil construction environment;
- Daily work planning to ensure efficient use of resources;
- Developing work procedures as needed;
- Regular inspection of work performed by employees, other contractors and sub-contractors;
- Be available to work at various locations across western Canada;
- Able to interpret designs, drawings, grade stakes;
- Work with the architect or engineer if required, to ensure quality control is met;
- Operate equipment, provide labour, set grades etc. as needed.
Experience and Education
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Municipal construction, namely pipelines and civil construction;
- Preferred 2 years as a heavy equipment operator;
- Preferred 2 years as a supervisor on one or all of the following: site or plant construction, municipal infrastructure construction.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Work will start beginning of May.
Room and board supplied when out of town.
Health and Dental Plan available.
