Our client has a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Clerk.  If you bring extensive experience providing payroll to a staff complement of 250+, this may be the role for you!

You will:
- Complete full-cycle payroll in a timely and accurate fashion
- Administer group benefits, RRSP and pension, and field all related questions
- Process necessary paperwork and keep accurate, confidential filing system
- Liaise with management to ensure that employee needs are met
- Administer the necessary documentation and processing for additional employee programs (training, education, wellness, etc.)

Education & Experience:
- Payroll/benefits certification considered an asset, but not required
- Strong experience using Ceridian is an asset
- 2-3 years in a payroll/benefits position required

- Ability to multitask and be trusted to meet deadlines with high volumes of work
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly approach in all dealings
- Capable of working independently and in a team setting
