Olympic Taxi is looking for a long distance shuttle driver in Melville, SK. This position requires:
- a valid Saskatchewan drivers license.
- a clean drivers abstract.
- a recent criminal background check.
- be an experienced driver, not in the Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) program.
-have at least 2 years post-GDL driving experience in Canada.
-have a satisfactory driver history, meaning less than 12 points under the Driver Improvement Program in the last 2 years, and no impaired driving-related suspensions in the last 10 years.
All vehicles are company owned and all associated costs are paid for by the employer. This position is full-time on-call and mainly involves highway driving and the transportation of railway crews within a 400 km radius of Melville. It is best suited for individuals who can work evenings and nights and also live in or very close to Melville.
Wages are mileage based, 40-50 cents per loaded km ($20-25/hr) plus paid backhauls and waiting time. Earning potential is uncapped and based solely on your availability to work. A bi-weekly guarantee is also provided.
