Facility: Royal University Hospital
Job Description: Reporting to the Director, Provincial, Practitioner Staff Affairs, the incumbent will provide provincial leadership and support for the Provincial Academic Clinical Funding Plan (P-ACFP). The incumbent is responsible for the operational effectiveness of the Provincial Academic Clinical Funding Plan (P-ACFP) and other non-fee-for-service physician contracting delegated. Utilizing a strong knowledge base of clinical service and academic medicine (i.e., teaching, research, leadership) as it relates to all Disciplines, the position works with internal staff and external organization representatives to continuously advance organizational capacity, expertise, skill, and quality of product and service in physician workforce contracting and planning. The individual performs a full range of operational leadership, research, analytic, and contract modeling functions that enable stakeholders to accurately plan, contract, and engage the physician workforce in a sustained, high quality manner.
Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree
Experience
-Experience, at an operational level, as a leader who has developed and led innovative planning and programs in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
-2+ years of leadership experience
-Significant technical and operational knowledge in Project Management. The Project Manager must also have experience and expertise in writing work plans, policy development, chairing committees, interaction with physician groups, and human resource planning.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Intermediate computer skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
High level of self-motivation with a customer service focus
Ability to engage physicians in change man
