This position promotes the growth and development of employees by providing them with services and referrals that support their engagement and productivity at work. Providing referrals to counselling services and follow up. Preparing regular reports on program activities, usage, and issues. Working with the Director of Human Resources to ensure consistent delivery of health and wellness initiatives. Conducting oneself with the highest integrity and professionalism at all times, to ensure employees receive confidential, non-judgmental, and appropriate support. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of employee health and wellness. Knowledge of First Nations protocol is a definite asset. This position requires a Certificate in Guidance or Counselling OR Other relevant human services experience OR Twenty-four (24) months in related position.
