Wage:  $32 per hour
Location: 913 93rd Ave, Tisdale SK S0E 1T0
Roles & responsibilities:
    Responsible for assisting in the training of employees.
    Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with our company standards.
    Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations, daily bookwork, ordering and receiving merchandise, profits, all controllable expenses, inventory, cash and shortages.
    Must learn and be proficient in using our back office and Point-of-Sale system.
    Must be available to handle customer transactions at the register as needed.
    Monitor performance of team and train employees and provides coaching to improve performance
    Manage goods/inventory and ensure operations is run smoothly
    Ensure all customer queries and complaints are dealt with proactively and logically, ensuring no customers leave the store unsatisfied
    Analyze and compare data for effective merchandising
    Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

Qualifications/Requirements:
    Completion of at least secondary school;
    2 years of customer service in a retail environment and/or 1-year gas station experience preferred.
    Secondary school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
    Maintain high standards of customer service;
    May be required to work additional hours or days when needed.
