Description

Rally Motor Groups Automotive stores (Rally Volkswagen, Rally Mazda and Rally Auto Max) have an open opportunity for a full-time salaried sales professional.

Requirements:

-          Drivers license

-          Sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

-          Hard-working

-          Self-motivated

-          Charisma

-          Team Player

-          Good Communication skills (written and verbal)

Duties include:

-          Understand and demonstrate characteristics, capabilities and features in qualifying buyers, and closing sales.

-          Provide excellent customer satisfaction, both by interactions with the customer and by prioritizing tasks and scheduling to meet the customers needs.

-          Stay up to date with the latest in vehicles, service and technology from the OEM.

Benefits:

-          This is a non-commission salaried position, as all of our sales staff are non-commission.

-          Bonuses for meeting or excelling targets.

-          Company Health Plan available.

Hours:

We are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, and on Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm. Must be open to working Saturdays on a rotation basis, and be flexible with working occasional overtime. We close all Saturdays of long weekends, with the exception of May long.
