Description

Job Summary:
Our growing company is searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with larger customers, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
    Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
    Update customer records in the company database as required
    Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
    Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
    Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately.
    Translation of documents, product descriptions, internal and external correspondence and various texts for the marketing usage.
    Interpretion. Rendering the meaning of conversations between Mandarin and English speakers (if needed)
    Watch the store
    Maintain and organize filing system of paper, electronic documents, and order related documents.
    Maintain and organize the receipts from orders

Qualification and Skills Requirements:
    Associate degree required (Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)
    2+ years sales support experience
    Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
    Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
    Ability to provide cultural competency and assess regional and accent differences to find ways of communicating
    Strong translation experience, translating English with Mandarin.
