GUEST EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR FRONT DESK
At the BW Plus Estevan, we do things a bit differently. After all we are the local hotel that hosted Alice Cooper, John Mellencamp, Tom Cochrane, Bill Gates (not that Bill Gates but the other one) & a ton of VIPs on a daily basis. This is position is far, far, far more than just working the front desk.
As part of a small, highly caffeinated team, our Customer Experience Ambassadors deliver a flawless, innovative and unique guest experience.
We are going to be upfront the way we work doesnt suit everyone. There is no old-fashioned hierarchy. No micro-managing. No hiding behind fancy job titles or seniority. Everyone from housekeepers up - rolls up their sleeves, makes guests breakfast, washes the dishes, folds towels and mops the floor.
