The Yorkton Tribal Council Child and Family Services (YTCCFS) Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic dedicated individual to fill the position of Director of Human Resources. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for implementing a Human Resources system, recommend HR policies, programs and services and communicate HR policies to staff of the Organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Business Administration Degree with a major in Human Resources and five (5) years of successful management experience in the Human Resources field.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral, written communication skills.
Strong skills are required in strategic    planning, team building, negotiation, leadership
Ability to handle stress, ambiguity, and conflict situations
Knowledge and experience of computer programs and applications
Experience in working with budgets, projects, proposals/contracts, document development, and office administration
General knowledge of the Cree, Dakota, Nakota and Saulteaux cultures
General knowledge of the political and social objectives of the YTCCFS Inc. member First Nations
Must possess a valid Saskatchewan drivers license and possess a reliable vehicle
