Derkson Fencing & Railing Co is currently seeking qualified applicants as experienced fence installers for the 2019 season. These team members will be required to install fence projects following our company standards. We hire and train the best. The team members we are looking for will perform fence installation in Vinyl, Chain, Ornamental and more. The ability to work with your hands, problem solve and use small power tools are a must. This position requires being physically fit and able to frequently lift more than 50 pounds on a consistent basis. Some construction knowledge would be an asset. A valid drivers license and some out of town travel are required. Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work well as a crew member, or leader, in a team environment. Work long hours, especially during the summer months, in a physically demanding field. You can take direction and follow through accordingly, paying attention to detail, and taking pride in your work.
We offer compensation based on a piecework pay program which means your earning potential is only limited by your determination and skill. There is a large potential for growth within the company, for the right people.
