Overview:

Vintners Cellar is the ultimate winemaking experience in Saskatoon. Our brew-on-premise concept allows customers to make wine at our establishment for a fraction of what they would pay in retail.

We pride ourselves on creating an amazing experience for our customers and we are looking for someone that shares our passion for exceptional customer service. As a growing retail business, we are currently looking for a Part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Helping achieve or exceed sales projections for Vintners Cellar Saskatoon;
Providing excellent customer service through effective sales;
Educating customers about our selection of wines through conversation, wine knowledge, and exceptional customer service;
Restocking wines and merchandise in an organized manner;
Conducting retail cashier duties;
Following opening and closing procedures;
Conducting housekeeping duties as assigned; and
Attending promotional and special sales events as required.

Minimum Requirements:
One or more years of experience in a sales or retail environment;
A passion for wine and a genuine interest in increasing your wine knowledge;
Exceptional people skills and a passion for great customer service;
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Able to provide an open and flexible schedule;
Able to work evenings and weekends;
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitive lifting of 30  55 lbs;
Able to stand for extended periods of time;
A willingness to learn, develop and achieve new skills for personal and professional development;
A commitment to continually increase your knowledge of our products and services in order to offer exceptional customer service;
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining superior customer service;
Legally able to pursue work in Saskatchewan; and
Must be 19 years of age.
