Responsibilities:
-Evaluate and develop service delivery models that meet client and contract outcomes, deliverables and performance metrics.
-Ensure the effective and efficient provision of services that balance the needs of the clients and contract.
-Direct client service delivery.
-Funder relationship management, incl. communication, reporting, negotiation and RFPs.
- Human resource management.
- Monitor contract revenues and expenditures, and identify financial needs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
-Knowledge of employment and educational programs, career counseling theory and practice, and vocational assessments.
-Transformational Leadership Skills.
-Strong project management skills: budgeting, human resources, reporting and confidential file management.
- Experience working with community partners including First Nation Communities, Tribal Councils, and CBOs, and government ministry officials.
-Reality Therapy/Choice Theory, Motivational Interviewing training. Applicants must be able to demonstrate understanding/application to career and employment services.
- Previous experience working with youth, individuals who have been involved in the provincial and federal justice system.
