Description

We are adding a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to our team!
Responsibilities:
    Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner while targeting cost reduction, freight savings. Re-routes freight as needed to meet demands and minimize costs
    Directs and oversees loading and unloading of materials; will operate forklift or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
    Receives all incoming materials, verifies orders, and processes the appropriate paperwork. Works with clients when necessary to mitigate materials specific storage requirements.
    Maintains an optimal supply of materials by communicating with the purchaser for ordering project materials not in-stock and reporting consumables staged for next project to responsible project coordinators.
    Ensures compliance with all environmental, safety, and hazardous waste regulations.
    Maintains accurate internal record keeping systems for inventory control and cold storage areas.
    Staging of all consumables and project starting materials for plant projects.  
    Assists in other duties as required.
Requirements:
    Minimum three years experience within a complex manufacturing environment in a medium to large organization is required
    Enterprise Resource Planning experience
    A proven record of working safely
    Experience with international shipping
    Forklift experience
