Canadian Diabetes Educator Certification Board (CDECB) certification
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association

Other Information

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

Required Qualifications Continued:
Must have access to own vehicle and a valid drivers license.

Other Information: Canadian Diabetes Education certification would be preferred. This is a multi-site position which provides Inpatient services to Battlefords Union Hospital and Saskatchewan Hospital. Although subject to change, this position is currently located out of Battefords Union Hospital.

This is a designated field hours position.
Expected Start Date: May 1, 2019
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: In a 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
