If you are an experienced retail leader with great people skills, we will provide the technology training.  

The Role:
- Drive your teams results and provide appropriate coaching and motivation
- Ensure your team consistently exceeds the expectations of your customers
- Manage all aspects of store operations
- Provide leadership to fellow employees    
- Be an ambassador of Jump.ca

The Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build solid relationships with customers and team members
- A strong leader who is driven to succeed and fosters growth, learning and advancement of all employees  
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Post-secondary education in a business/management/retail related program is an asset
