The ideal candidate is a people person with a natural ability to develop relationships and manage a team of employees. You must be an enthusiastic leader with exceptional organizational skills. And you lead by example as you push your team to exceed their goals.
You do not need to be a tech guru.
If you are an experienced retail leader with great people skills, we will provide the technology training.
The Role:
Manage all aspects of store operations
Provide leadership to fellow employees
Drive your teams results and provide appropriate coaching and motivation
Ensure your team consistently exceeds the expectations of your customers
Be an ambassador of Jump.ca
The Skills:
3 to 5 years of experience in retail management
Grade 12 or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to build solid relationships with customers, team members and management
A strong leader who is driven to succeed and fosters growth, learning and advancement of all employees
Well organized with attention to detail
Post-secondary education in a business/management/retail related program is an asset
