VCI Modular mfg is seeking a Director of Sales & Business Development to expand markets. You will provide sales leadership for our modular manufacturing division. You will help VCI reach peak performance,realize objectives and increase company revenue. This position will require you to complete & present RFPs to various customers, work directly with clients in negotiations and the closing of major projects. The successful candidate will bring strong relationship building skills. You will work and develop relationships with architects,general contractors, new markets & customers & continue to build existing client base. This position will strengthen our brand by working closely with customers to bring creative solutions and lead the sales process to drive results.  A demonstrated track record of working collaboratively to develop and achieve strategic objectives is essential to the role.
You will work in conjunction with the Vice President to establish sales goals. Do up detailed sales proposals and ensure financial revenue goals are met. Experience and proven sales background in the modular,commercial & residential building sales will be an asset. Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience with demonstrated success sales leading. A working knowledge of construction, the building processes and NBC codes is beneficial but not required. Experience with off-site modular construction, a plus. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, a must. Proficiency with technology, needed. Over night travel will be required and weekend travel may be required. Salary remuneration will be base plus commission.
