We are now recruiting for an amazing opportunity at the DoubleTree by Hilton Regina hotel.
The Revenue & Reservations Specialist, ensures to maximize the Revenue per available rooms (RevPAR) by following the SilverBirch & Hilton Brand Reservation & Group Standards. The position will be a support to the Director, Revenue Management and Sales teams.
Some Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for entering all group blocks in PMS, OnQ Systems
Responsible for entering rooming lists in a timely manner. Takes any in-house reservations as needed daily
Ensures group arrival information is clearly communicated with the operations team
Provides Sales and Catering team with rate quotes as needed to maximize peak and fill valley periods
Ensures proper reservation training for in-house Guest Service Agents & Leaders as necessary
Reviews night audit reports to ensure on data cleanliness and accuracy. Follow up with front desk as necessary
Works closely with the brand Central Reservation team lead/agents; ensuring they have the proper information they need in the system, communicating our selling strategies/promotions
Responsible for balancing Property Management System with Delphi Sales Program to ensure accuracy of inventories
Manage daily tasks in GRO to facilitate decision making for the system
Responsible for rate loading and creating of SRP Codes for Group Master
Monitors and manages group blocks & inventory; ensuring revenue maximization
