AFI Distribution Group is a Saskatoon based company that has been in business for over 60 years, joining Aero Delivery, Fresh Pack Ice Makers 2010 Ltd and Fresh Pack Freezers 2010.
Our Aero Delivery Regina Terminal has an immediate opening for a Weekend Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver.
Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the successful candidate would be responsible for promoting our exceptional customer service by insuring the timely and efficient delivery of freight. This position would also include working in the warehouse.
This position is for the weekends only with the following hours:
Saturday - 7:30am to 4:30pm
Sunday - 7:00am to 4:00pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
- loading and unloading trailers
- Completing deliveries with a 3 or 5 ton truck
- Inventory counts in the warehouse
- Cleaning and organization of the warehouse
- Communication to drivers and managers for trailer placements
Requirements for the position are:
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to work alone and without supervision
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Ability to drive
- Ability to read and write English
Experience driving 3/5 tons, forklifts, pallet jacks and experience working in a warehouse environment are not required but would be considered an asset.
