We are presently looking for individuals who are ready willing and able to become a part of our Food & Beverage Team. Availability to to availability work through to mid October, the end of our season, is preferred. Please include your availability in your response/application. Both full time and part time positions are available.

We would like to hear from you, if you are currently of legal age to serve alcohol and have been or are willing to be qualified by the Provincial Government's Serving it Right program, have had some working experience as a hospitality service person, and have interest in joining our Deer Valley Golf Club Hospitality Team, feeling that you are up to the challenge of joining something that we know will be positively exciting, fulfilling, and fun.
You currently possess the following skills and qualities:
Excellence in Verbal Communication, Client Relationships, Energy Level, Dependability, Productivity, Customer Service, Attendance, Confidentiality, Emotional Control, Flexibility, and Positive Handling of Pressure Situations.
Providing excellent customer service by serving our daily Guests or any of our banquet or special event function Guests. You may also be called upon to assist in the preparation and presentation of our food and beverage products.
Assembling, combining, mixing, shaking, and sometimes cooking ingredients while maintaining at all times, our equipment, inventories, and facility cleanliness like it is your OWN!

Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills
- Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
