General Motors dealer has an opening for a service shop tower operator. This position is responsible for the work flow to the techs, as well as booking the repair orders and assigning the appropriate warranty codes. Understanding of mechanical repairs and terminology is needed. Working knowledge of an automotive dealership and General Motors warranty is a definite asset. Exceptional communication skills are needed as well as being computer literate. This is a perfect job for a tech who would like to move to the administration side of the automotive business.
