We are looking for a fun, energetic and professional individual to work with youth!

Job Description
1. Provide positive role modeling, relationship building and support to clients during the activities or sessions.
2. The program facilitator is required to assist with developing and delivering the recreational and or support programs offered through the Youth Centre.
3. To plan and facilitate the weekly activities & programs in accordance with the organizations standards.
4. Assist with opening duties and closing cleaning duties.
5. To attend training and personal development opportunities as requested by management.

The successful employee will have:
- A thorough knowledge of youth related issues and challenges and a passion for working directly with youth.
- A valid class 5 drivers license with clean abstract and be comfortable driving a 15-passenger van.
- Experience working with youth.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude
- High level of common sense, and decision-making ability.

This is a casual temporary position (50 hrs/month), with regularly scheduled shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and the potential to be permanent in the fall. Wage is dependent on education, experience, and personal fit.
