Description

Yorkton Transitional Homes for Youth Inc. is recruiting for an Executive Director.  Some of the duties required but not limited to include:
-Report to the Board of Directors
-Develop policies and procedures within the Scope of Goverment Guidelines
-Recruit, assign duties and supervise employees and volunteers
-Develop relationships with Goverment Ministries, Provincial and Local and represent the association
-Create budgets and monitor spending
-Knowledge and experience of the child protection regulations, at risk 16-21 year olds, youth centered operations, planning with youth toward independence, housing and housing developments
