Lake Country Co-op in Shellbrook is looking for an Ag sales rep to drive the sales of our complete line of Ag products and services to producers by building relationships and working with farmers as a business partner, to add value to their operation. You'll report to the Shellbrook Agro team leader but you will be accountable to your producers so farm planning, customer contact and database management will be key along with very strong interpersonal skills. Travelling with a mobile office will be important and you must be punctual, self- motivated and able to handle the seasonal peaks and pressures of Ag sales.
We are ready and willing to train the right person but preference will be given to an applicant with a degree or designation in the field of Agriculture and/or previous sales experience.
