Boardwalk Rental Communities is Canada's friendliest owner/operator of multi-family rental communities. We are seeking a Full Time Warehouse Associate. Hours of work are 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri. Starting wage is $18/hour with a Performance Review after 3 months.

Responsibilities include:
Cutting carpet and linoleum.
Cut sheets
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, sites, and other departments as needed
Inventory control
Administrative duties as required
Courier responsibilities
Site clean-up
Warehouse cleanliness and organization
Assist team as needed
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Shipping / Receiving experience preferred
Inventory control experience
Clean Drivers Abstract with driving experience

Technical Requirements:
Basic knowledge Outlook, Excel and Word
Basic knowledge of Inventory Control
Ability to learn in house Programs such as BPMS, BOSS etc

Non-Technical Requirements:
Strong organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills
Dedicated to building better communities for all our Customers and surrounding communities
Deadline and goal oriented
Exceptional team building skills
Ability to work independently and with other Associates in a team environment
Ability to create trust and build lasting business relationships
