Express Employment Professionals is a staffing & recruiting agency. We are looking for experience commercial/retail maintenance people for our client who specializes in property management.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that their properties are in top working condition. This will include preventative maintenance by monitoring equipment such as boilers, A/C fans, temperatures & pressures and calling the appropriate contractor to come out to make any repairs. Upkeep of the grounds and common areas of the properties including cleaning up debris & garbage, snow removal, general cleaning etc. You will be mechanically/electrically sound to be able to notice any service & repairs that will be necessary on all equipment, and able to make minor repairs such as changing locks, repairing window sealings etc.
This role is very customer focused. You must be presentable & conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times while dealing with customer inquiries, complaints etc. as well as dealing with the property managers and owners on a regular basis to keep them updated on work, repair/maintenance progress etc.
