Ability to establish a positive rapport by using tact and discretion with participants, parents and staff.
Ability to keep order and administer discipline in a caring and patient manner.
Familiarity with childrens literature, games and other recreational resources.
Ability to recognize safety concerns and provides a safe environment.
A strong knowledge of customer service philosophies and practices.
Must have the ability to climb stairs and handle heights.
Maintain a fun but disciplined atmosphere.
Maintain order at top of water slide.
Pick up litter as needed and clean counters.
Remain calm, alert while executing emergency evacuations and severe weather alert procedures.
Communicate program information and other items of interest to patrons.
Inform Maintenance dept of daily operational needs, problems, and patron feedback.
Attend staff meetings and training.
