We are a locally owned and operated upscale casual dining restaurant with an emphasis on fresh, house made food and we need experienced cooks to join our team.
We are looking for experienced kitchen staff who are hard-working, reliable, organized, creative, and passionate about food. The majority of our dishes are made in house and our specials and menu focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The hours are flexible but could include days, evenings and weekends.
This a perfect position for someone working hours towards their journeyman status.

- Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
- Work with minimal supervision
- Prepare and cook full course meals
- Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Wash dishes
