Adhere to the One Arrow First Nation Personnel Policy
    Adhere to the Fit for Duty Policy
    Maintain strict confidentiality
    Work closely with Chief and Council, Health Staff, And Health Director
    The Prevention Manager is responsible for the administration and implementation of the One Arrow First Nations Prevention policies. The Prevention Manager will supervise the Prevention and Focus on Families staff, and any other related staff and will facilitate the effective implementation of Prevention policies.
    The Manager must also maintain statistical and prepare monthly reports and all reports required by community and funding agencies.
    Work with the Prevention Worker on workshops for the betterment of the community.
    Assist identifying the need for family support services and resources available.
    Report child abuse and neglect for investigation in accordance to the CFS Act.
    Communicate and plan with Child Protection services as required.
    Assist with case plan management, identifying short and long term goals for families on the case load.
    Maintain confidential, current, accurate and complete case documentation.
    Seek additional funding through grants and fundraising activities.
    Develop an annual work plan.
    Participate in training, education, mentoring and other forms of professional development.
    Perform other duties assigned by the Health Director/Co-Director of operations.
