Facility: RIVERSIDE HEALTH COMPLEX
Job Description: The Facility Manager, Riverside Health Complex is accountable for the overall provision of a high standard of rural acute and long term health care services to the communities served by the facility, through coordinating, maintaining, and enhancing all departments of the facility, and by effective liaison within the Prairie North Regional Health Authority. The incumbent may be assigned project work according to organizational needs and personal level of knowledge and expertise.
The community of Turtleford is centrally located in beautiful lake country; within one hour of Turtle & Brightsand Lakes and the communities of North Battleford and Lloydminster.

Required Qualifications

Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Nursing.

Eligibility for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses' Association.
Ability to work within the Regional Health Authority organization and demonstrate loyalty to the Health Board, and the senior management team.
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively, both verbally and in written format.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skills.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate adult education.
Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet application in a computerized work environment.
Valid Driver's License required.

Experience:
Three to five years "hands-on" experience, preferably in a nursing management position.

Expected Start Date: April 1, 2019
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours
