Leeville Construction is a General Contractor & Design-Builder with offices in Moose Jaw, Swift Current, and Lloydminster. We currently have an immediate opening for a Construction Safety Coordinator in our Moose Jaw office. The desired candidate will have experience in the following areas:
* COR Safety Administered by the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association.
* ISNetworld
* Certified Safety Officer(CSO/NCSO)desired
* Strong knowledge of OH&S rules and regulations
* Microsoft Word & Excel.
This is a full time permanent position. The position is responsible for administering the safety affairs for the Moose Jaw and Swift Current locations. The successful candidate will be required to:
~ Play a key role on the project management team to provide leadership needed to maintain a high level of safety performance on Leeville Construction Projects
~ Coach, instruct, and train personnel on the implementation of, and adherence to Leeville Constructions' Safety Manual and policies
~ Observe, inspect, and assist site personnel to ensure work is being done in accordance with safe work practices and procedures.
~ Stay up to date on changes to applicable regulations.
