Star Facility Services Inc., a fast-paced growing commercial cleaning company in Western Canada is seeking an experienced and qualified Regional Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic Star team. Star Facility Services Inc. provides services from Manitoba to British
Columbia. Our wide-range of services include regular cleaning, day porter services, construction clean up, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning,VCT stripping & re-finishing, concrete grinding, honing and polishing. We pride ourselves on our robust operations, vibrant culture, strong values and state of art technology we use for our operations.
Regional Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work product of all cleaners and contractors. Responsibilities include all product inventories, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and recommending solutions; and reporting any disciplinary concerns to Regional Operations Supervisor. Give cleaners and subcontractors on-the-job instructions, maintain and requisition cleaning supplies and keep a record of stock. Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly, so that employees can perform job duties as needed.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining work schedules and ensuring that employees complete work assignments in a timely manner. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass and removing garbage etc.
**Must have 1-2 year of experience working in cleaning industry. Must have experience - Stripping and waxing floor and experience using
Walk-behind/ride on scrubber**
