Description

The Resort at Cypress Hills is currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented people to join our Summer 2018 team!

Positions start in May, June or July and run until August, September or October depending on candidate availability.

The Guest Services Agent is responsible to provide 100% guest satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service and by exceeding all Resort guest expectations.  Guest Services Agents are the first point of contact for all guests, either coming in for accommodations or simply using our food and beverage facilities. They should be outgoing, friendly and able to deal with the public, one on one, in a professional manner.

Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge to guests and employees
Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
Basic computer skills; word processing, spreadsheets and proprietary hotel
software

Ability to be on feet for duration of shift
Ability to do shift work; some overnight shifts are required
