Our goal is to provide a total system balance, working with contractors, engineers, and architects using National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) standards.
Role:
Were looking for a CAD/Mechanical Technologist to join our office staff for a maternity term position. The successful candidate will provide drafting for projects relating to HVAC balancing, and willing to learn basic accounting and administrative duties.
Competencies and Skills:
-Engineering Technology, Mechanical Technology Diploma or equivalent
-Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
-Proficient in the use of Excel and Word.
-Proficient in the use of Adobe Acrobat.
-Strong time management and problem solving skills.
-Ability to prioritize, multi-task and shift priorities as necessary.
-Works collaboratively with a multi-departmental team to provide the best solution to a given project needs.
-Pro-active and self-directed; yet able to work as part of a team.
-Ability to communicate collaboratively with customers and team members.
-Experience with Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) is an asset.
-Experience in construction / mechanical drawings is an asset.
