We are adding a Network Administrator to our team!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide user support to all staff within KeyLeaf
Setup, maintain, test and repair workstations, AV equipment, switches, printers/copiers, and phone/paging equipment.
May include some trouble-shooting with networks and servers
Research, testing, installation, and configuration of all operating systems and software used within the company.
Assist the Business Specialist with the use of ERP and other management systems software.
Maintain and monitor data backup and security.
Responsible to maintain a standardization of technology across the company and acts collaboratively to achieve this.
Participate in large scale technology renewal deployments.
Comply with KeyLeaf policies and SOPs, and Best Practices manual.
Liaise directly with all staff.
Seek opportunities to improve and enhance technology use for all staff.
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A diploma or certificate from an accredited and provincially recognized technical institution.
Expert knowledge of Windows OS, workstations, laptops, servers, peripherals and networks.
Advanced troubleshooting experience.
