Nobel HSSE is a leader in the provision of health, safety, security and emergency management services. We are seeking a creative and organized, marketing & social media associate who will implement positive marketing initiatives for our growing company. Ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can position us to be the go to company! Applicants must have extensive experience in sales and marketing and social media platforms. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to delegate and track multiple ongoing projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead development and implementation of marketing, advertising, social media and sales initiatives
Brand development
Identifying target customers
Web development and content strategy
Promotion strategy
Community engagement strategies
Educate team on brand identity
Lead product development, advertising campaigns and pricing strategies
Find innovative ways to connect with target audiences
Oversee social media marketing platforms
Increase brand awareness and reach across multiple platforms
Direct analytical data gathering and marketing/consumer test strategies
Direct and oversee all design and advertising ventures
Create and adhere to marketing budgets
Present frequent progress reports to executives
Requirements and Qualifications
Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
5+ years extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising and brand management
Proficient using Microsoft Suite and various marketing software
Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
