Reporting to the Assistant Director, Retail Sales, the position has delegated authority to manage the operations of a retail merchandise outlet. Duties include the hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of full-time and part-time staff engaged in retail sales and customer service. The position monitors merchandise levels and orders stock for the outlet as well as controlling inventory. The position plays a key role in customer sales and service in order to increase sales to meet annual sales targets.
This role is a term role to cover for a maternity leave.
