Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking an energetic & professional individual to add to our Night Shift Production Team as a Team Lead.  

Key activities of this role include:
Support Daily Manufacturing Throughput and Output
Continuous Improvement  
Quality
Safety
Training
Leadership
Reporting/Communicating

The successful candidates will have:
3-5 years of hands on Manufacturing experience in a related business
Direct experience with Lean Manufacturing
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical prints or specification documents
Leadership and team building skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Previous experience as a team lead, is an asset
