Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
Quality Management
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Auditing
Training & Support
Leadership
Technical Skills/Competencies (technical knowledge, education & experience):
Minimum 10 years experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing environment
Proven track record in leading quality organizations for a minimum of 5 years
University / College degree & / or technical diploma an asset
Superior computer skills
Knowledge of quality systems & processes
Knowledge of quality system concepts
CWB Weld Supervisor Certificate for CSA W47.2M
Knowledge of safety systems (OH&C Level 1 & 2)
Experience in building a strong culture of quality
Internal Auditors certificate
Experience or accreditation in project management
Experience in Risk Management
Six Sigma Green &/or Black Belt
Experience in systems & product auditing
Experience in project management
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify & address problems & meet deadlines
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
