We are currently looking to fill for the position of Product Specialist.

The Product Specialist is responsible for knowing our products and providing exceptional customer service.  This individual will be responsible for communicating with clients and colleagues, attending to enquiries, following up with customers and maintaining a Customer Retention Management System.

Ideally, this person will be high performing in sales and customer service, have a strong work ethic and be trustworthy.  We are looking for someone who is well rounded and has experience with internet sales, generating sales and working with customers.  A friendly demeanor is a must.  We are committed to ongoing learning and will provide classroom style training to help you succeed.
