Job duties:.
Co-ordinate, assign and supervise the work of farm workers and seasonal labourers
Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs
Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain animal and crop health and welfare
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies
Develop and adhere to work schedules and establish company procedures
Ensure farm safety and security and procedures are followed
Maintain quality control and production records
Plant, fertilize, cultivate, spray, irrigate and harvest crops
Feed and tend to livestock
Perform or assist in performing breeding activities of farm animals
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Detect disease and health problems in crops and livestock
Maintain or assist in the maintenance of facilities and farm infrastructure including cleaning stables, barns, barnyards and pens.
Terms of employment: Full- time permanent
Wage: $25.00 per hour
Language: Must be able to read, write & speak some English
Relocation: The cost of travel will be covered from the employees home to the work location and round trip to the employees home
Experience: Previous farm or ranching knowledge required; previous exposure to farm life and experience as a farm supervisor or ranching foreman
Location of work: Windy Ridge Ranching located in NW 5-25-13 W3 Elrose, Saskatchewan.-Rural location

Be physically fit and be willing to work long hours
