Reporting to the Director of Sales, this position will be responsible for establishing profitable sales objectives for designated street territories and providing direction and support in the attainment of profitable sales targets including sales, margin, pieces and penetration on the respective territories.

Role Responsibilities:
    
Provide training and direction to Outside Sales Representatives (OSR).
Monitor, manage and coach OSRs in designated territories in achieving company goals as laid out in our annual performance management system.  
Assist in advocating and supporting change.
Restructure existing sales territories and make adjustments to sales team when indicated.
Identify and direct OSRs on the capture of new street accounts in their territories.
Effectively plan and execute the minimum requirements for weekly OSR work-withs.

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years foodservice selling experience or equivalent relevant selling experience.  
Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset but not a necessity.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with senior management, and employees fostering an environment of teamwork.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong communication, interpersonal and public relations skills, with a good understanding of company operations.
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to foresee problems and apply good judgment.
Strong computer skills and knowledge is required.
Overnight travel will be required
