We are looking to add another Concrete Finisher/Formsetter to our crew for the 2019 concrete season. We do 95% residential concrete flat work including driveways, garage pads, stamped concrete patios etc and some Commercial flat work as well. High paced experienced crew with a good, fun positive atmosphere to work with.
The successful candidate will have:
-A positive attitude is very important on our crew
-Minimum of 3 years experience Finishing concrete and setting forms, gravel,rebar and installing control joints
-Must be comfortable being left alone to finish concrete
-Must show great attention to detail
-Stamped concrete experience is a plus but not mandatory
-Should have experience with running Skidsteers
-Safety minded
-MUST HAVE A VALID LICENSE
-Must show high respect to customers, customers property, company property and other employees. Zero tolerance for disrespect in any way.
Pay will be based off experience. Season end bonuses paid to all employees.
DO NOT APPLY IF:
-You havent been finishing concrete for atleast 3 years. This does not just mean 3 years experience with concrete in general as you do not start out as a concrete finisher year 1.
-If you dont have a license and a reliable way to get to work do not apply
-If you are prone to being late, request alot of time off during busy months. We will not keep you
-Do not apply if you cannot form up driveways, sidewalks, garage pads etc on your own knowledge. Everyone has their own way to do things of course, but we need you to have the general grasp of it.
