Medicentres Occupational Health is seeking a Full Time Receptionist for our Occupational Health Clinic in Regina. Full time positions are eligible for great group benefits package after three months, as well as an excellent group RSP option.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
- Check-in clients for scheduled appointments.
- Collect payment for services in-clinic.
- Prepare paperwork for upcoming appointments.
- Send completed paperwork / results as required.
- File medical records, electronically and in-clinic physical copies
- Order office supplies as needed
- Administrative support within clinic, as required
Skills:
- Time management, task planning, and organization are key.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of Mac OS is an asset.
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary relating to Business or Administration is an asset.
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service, reception, or other medical clinic roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.
