Draganfly Innovations has been a recognized technology leader within the commercial UAV space for over two decades. We helped establish the commercial market & adoption of multi-rotor helicopters for public safety, agriculture, aerial imaging, & more. As a leader who helped shape the industry, Draganfly has recently expanded into contract engineering & custom integration / product development.
We're looking for a highly motivated, results-driven team player with an above-par work ethic and a background in engineering or technical sales that can help grow our company.
Responsibilities Include:
Identifying prospects & attracting new business
Sales calls, product demos & client meetings
Providing pre- & post-sales support via phone, email, live chat & in-person
Processing sales orders & negotiating contracts
Maintaining relationships with existing clients & keeping track of new leads
Contributing to marketing materials & manuals
Attending tradeshows & other industry events
Providing media interviews
Regulatory approval for Draganfly and assisting clients with same
Skills Required:
Strong customer relationship management
Familiarity with sales software & tools, Photoshop, video editing & desktop publishing software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven analytical, problem-solving, prospecting & closing skills
Customer-centric approach to sales
Ability to learn technical knowledge of our products / services
Strong interpersonal, networking, & relationship building skills
Familiarity with data entry & records management
Impeccable time-management & organization skills with careful attention to detail
Other Items Considered An Asset:
Technical sales or engineering background
Familiarity with Pix4D (or similar) drone mapping software
Experience building and/or flying UAVs
A criminal record check is required
